Good Workers in Your Family

1. Has the person been a good worker in the past?
If they have been able to perform their duties in the past, then chances are they can replicate that ability again.
Ask yourself if there is something physical that has happened to the individual that they have mentioned.

Pay attention for changes in their attitude and behaviors.
