3. Are there recent changes with the staff?
When new team member comes on board, it can be threatening to someone who has been there for a while.
Keep people informed ahead of time and it will likely be better for everyone. There usually is not a sign telling us what is ahead, make one!
Ask your supervisor to intervene and support you.
Discipline issues only when the supervisor intercedes.
