NOMINATE THEM! For what you ask? To be recognized for all they have done this year. It’s been a challenge to be in this profession over the last couple of years and while this year is only half over, you know who your champions of cleaning are.
Every operation, in-house, or build service provider has at least one whom they would like to recognize. You need to do all you can to keep your work family moving forward and your Rock Star in play.
Recognize them today! The Rock Star Custodian of 2022 will be recognized in February 23, but your person has NO chance of being on the stage with us if you don’t NOMINATE TODAY!
- This National Award is where the ACE Academy recognizes Rock Stars based on the “Rock Star Custodian” program, outlining 9 personality traits of a standout individual in this industry. Nominees come from K-12 schools, Universities, Service Contractors, and many others.

Anyone can nominate someone other than themselves. NOTE: The more information provided on the nomination form, the better your nominees’ chances are to make it to the finals.
There is no monetary value associated with this nationwide award. The nominee must be actively employed by the nominating operation.
The Academy of Cleaning Excellence will announce the top finalists on November 1, 2022.
These individuals will then be moved to the finals for nationwide voting and selection of the top “Rock Star Custodian” for 2022.
The National Rock Star Custodian Award for 2022 will be presented during the “Rock Star Talk Conference”, on February 23, 2023, in Orlando.
